6.4. No start

Have an 08 6.4. Changed fuel filters purged the air, but now it will only run for about three seconds. Bled the air for hours. Same results. The dealer has done the same. Not report of leaks, no codes. Truck is egr delete, dpf delete, CAT delete... 136xxx on clock. Dealer says they can see a tune. I dont know what tune is there. Any info would be great.
Need help!!!!!

did you charge the batterie and open the passenger front door. Then acess the fuel door and see if the fuel cutoff switch has tripped.

Dealer pulled filters and made sure they were installed properly. They cant get anymore air out of the system. Has DPF-R Tune from other owner. Dealer thinks it might be causing it to not run.

We both have bled it from there and the fuel cooler. Even hooked up clear hoses to see if any more air was trapped

I would certainly suggest a reflash to factory programing and go from there. Speak with DPF-R about it.

let me know about the fuel cutoff switch

A stock flash is going to cause engine lights right? I'm ok with that until I get a better tuner. Just want to make sure I'm not gonna cause other damage.

yes it would cause it to have a check engine light and possibly throw you into limp mode because of no DPF.

However you could get it running again and then relash back to the DPF-R

Got the dealer on the phone. They hadn't pushed the fuel cutoff. Said it wouldnt matter because the lower pump was running. I told them to push it anyway for me. Today they're going to crack the fuel lines on the top of the engine and see if that fixes it. If that dosnt work they dont know what to do. Might need to reflash to stock and buy my own tuner for the egr, dpf delete. Will update when I know more.
