All 1973/79 F250/350 Crew Cabs were assembled at the Oakville Ontario Canada Truck Assembly Plant.
OP lives in California.
Most 1965/72 Crew Cabs were also assembled in Canada and all were Domestic Special Orders.

75 crew cab 4x4 which I believe means its been modified since I dont think crew cabs were 4x4 till late 70s

CA smog tests all 1976 and newer vehicles, so you should be looking for a pre 1976. 1975 F100/350's are essentially the same as 1973/74.
