Something is wrong there. The sticker should be low on the B-pillar, driver's side. If it's not there, you could probably get a replacement from your dealer. The payload # is what you need.

Maximum Tow rating will be in the manual or brochure.
Maximum tongue weight, well, the rating is: Maximum you can put in / on the truck. Only includes a full tank of gas, so anything you add, takes away from that number. (I'm not sure, it might also include a 150# driver?)
Example: 1221 lbs, You, wife, dogs, belongings weigh 600 lbs. That means your tongue weight can only be 621 lbs
Should be yellow sticker.

Payload (aka cargo weight, aka carry capacity) is always the limiting factor. That's why these commercials and specs that say 'my truck can pull xyz lbs' is very misleading. Look a those loads, they are well balanced loads of steel, little tongue weight, little wind resistance.

The brochures are misleading at best with all of the little numbers, probably where the numbers come from.. They show a few that can have over 3200lbs. These are low option
truck with a HDPP (Heavy Duty payload package), and most likely yours is without that.
Mine in the books says it will tow 12,500lbs, and it can.. BUT a travel trailer of that weight should have a MINIMUM of 1,250lbs tongue weight. Most rucks like
mine have about 1600lbs left over for cargo (mine is being built). If that is the case then there is 350lbs for me, wife, kids, snacks.. Anything in the truck..
Now in the real world a WD hitch will send some of that weight back to the trailer but it is still going t max things out, but at 13% tongue weight is 1650lbs will leave
me in a bind.. Now if I really wanted to tow 12,500lbs I would personally use my F350 and not a F150. Would do that mostly for my 9000lb trailer unless it is
pretty close to home and that is using a Hensley hitch too (no sway ever).

Congrats on the truck. I wouldn't even bother looking up your max trailer number, being a platinum - your curb wright is already high from options. You will run out of payload long before hitting max trailer weight. Take the wright if yourself, passengers, truck accessories, and any gear and subtract that from your payload. That's what you have left for tongue weight which in most cases won't allow you to tow close to what the max number is in the book.
