Has anyone installed roof lights. My old F250 had them and I loved them, the new one doesn't . I checked my local dealership and the prices weren't unreasonable at all. My concern is water contamination and rust in the long run because of drilling into the roof. Any comments or experience about this would be welcomed, thanx

 

recommend you do a search for "Clearance lights" and "Cab lights" on the forum search. There is a great wealth of knowledge and recommendations for doing this simple mod so you can avoid the rust, etc. I found good prices for the Ford late model F series clearance lights at Autobarn.com. Around $50 with shipping and they are made by Pacer. Not sure what model or year truck you have but they also carry the older style clearnace lights too. JC Whiney is another good source for those lights.
