Exclamation 2004 dying issues NO CODES !

Hello everyone. I’m new to site. I have a 04 6.0. F350. It randomly loses power and dies. Sometimes it will start back up after few minutes or won’t start at all. We’ve had it towed several times to local Ford store -they can’t duplicate issue. We can Drive it for a week or a day however we never know when it’s going to die. New fuel pump all oil pressures are correct all fuel pressures are correct I give up I don’t know what to do. Has anybody else had these issues? The truck never throws any codes and has almost 300,000 miles.
Thanks for any advice and help

Late build or early build 2004? Where is the icp located? On the passenger valve cover or behind turbo. The early models(one with icp located behind turbo) are known to go through them , because of heat issues. Do you have a way to monitor different peramitors such as
icp
icp volts
Ficm v/m/l
And others, if you do post them there are guys hear who can give a good diagnosis with a lot of good data.
and in a perfect world try and get some readings if and when it dies.

Sounds electronic

If go over battery cables and wire harness looking for a chaff or anything loose

You will need a gauge to see what is lost when it's dead

Good point. If that is the problem I would start around where the harness goes under battery box and around the valve covers.
I was thinking Ficm. Or maybe a dry or heat rotted icp pigtail.
