I have had only good experiences (been running one of their turbos for awhile). Their forum reputation is great (here and on Powerstroke.org). Charlie (the owner) is honest, helpful, and VERY competent.

KC - generally good, but you don't have to go there (and get taken to the cleaners, overpaying for completely unnecessary stuff) --- OEM or a rebuild with OEM parts w/cleaning is the way to go -- saves a boatload and it's relatively straightforward, plus (and most importantly) per the Legend Gene Winfield:
