Turbo ?
Removed turbo to clean. Diesel Tech Ron was my guide. What a bear getting the tabs to line up dropping the compressor to the turbine. Installed, have steady hiss. Cold engine this AM to diagnose. Soapy water on suspects. Y pipe- turbo, down pipe-turbo.... Well my bubbles upon start up are between the two housings amongst the clamp. Any tips to seal it up right?

sounds like something went wrong in assembly. I would pull it and reassemble. If you have trouble or if you are concerned about the clamp drawing things tight you can tight clamp ten tap around the periphery and tighten some more.
