They pop up on ebay occasionally. You just have to be vigilant.

Just found 2 on eBay thanks. While we are talking about radiator stuff...when you replaced your upper hose did you find it a bit short? Every hose I can find that is for the upper V8 on a 65 is right around 15”. That length just makes it. Not sure if swapping out to 390 changed things but my old hose was flush against radiator when clamped.

Ok so now engine is in and inspecting the front steering/suspension I have a few questions. I plan on keeping the stock front end, so my question is what needs to be replaced due to ware? My shocks are shot so they will be replaced. Starting there, anyone have any recommendations on decent shocks for these trucks? What else need to be replaced? Bushings, springs? I would like to do this when I get my new wheels and tires. Any thoughts/recommendations are appreciated.
