Lowering block height?

Lowering block height?
Bought a 2017 250 6.2 (being delivered Monday) to pull my lightweight 5th wheel . Saying goodbye to the trusty old 2000 7.3 
Going to get something to bring down the back end for my 5th wheel. Have a friend with the same truck who raised his 5th wheel to meet the truck, But I would rather lose some of the crazy rake in the truck.
So for those that have lowered their truck and haul or pull 5th wheels would you recommend 1 1/2" blocks or 2". Going to get airbags to bring the truck back to level with the camper on it.
