Will PI heads from an ‘01 4.6 interchange on a same year 5.4?

I believe same year for same year the heads are the same, but some of the hardware is different.

What are you trying to do?

I have a 5.4 that burned around the spark plug repair. Found set of 4.6 heads for a good price.

I believe they will go across, but you'll have to change some of the parts bolted to them.

Hopefully someone who has done this will chime in.
