I am in need of as much clearance as i can got out of my 351w. It has the stock intake and im looking for any and all option to either center the height off the engine or delete most of it all together.
I'm guessing that is not in an F150.
A different intake would help, the GT40 is an option but the lower portion is rare, there are a few aftermarket options too depending how much money you want to spend.

its in a 86 300zx. money is no issue. Any carb, efi, throttle body solutions are welcome.
The truck intake is 2-3" taller than the car style intakes, go over to Summit Racing and have a look for EFI intakes for this motor, there are quite a few now. The only one you definitely don't want it the Edelbrock 3881 truck intake because it is even taller than the stock version. The Holley 300-242 looks interesting.. https://www.summitracing.com/int/par...view/make/ford
P.S. What year is that motor? Nice job shoe horning that thing in there btw, have you driven it yet?
