Reuse TTY head bolts?

I know that you're not supposed to reuse TTY bolts, but... what is everybody's experience with this? Has anybody reused them, or does everybody just buy a new set? I reused them on the R head and on the intake, but since I'm taking everything apart again, I would like to minimize the chances of having to do this again. I hate wasting time doing redoing things.

I dont know if this was B.S or not but the expalnation I was given from a mechnic I know was that when they get torqed down it stretches and twists them slightly. The removal process will twist them the opposite direction and makes them prone to snapping off if they are reused. Personally I'm not willing to take the chance and create another headache. Maybe someone can back this up or dissmiss it as a myth.
