refinancing my home tuesday
getting different insurance the same day
working my life away trying to pay this **** off by march 1.
Girl and I had our first big fight because of the **** going on
my dodge now has 25 percent of it in color. finally.
I hope you and your girl work it out. Fighting over money sucks, luck that me and the wife don't fight.
Detailed the outside of the Caddy yesterday. The roof and door jams were really bad. Waiting for a drivers door crash sensor to arrive so hopefully it will turn off the airbag fault light. Going to get the tag today, I am figuring about $700 bucks, insane price just for a tag.
Cost me 758 bucks for the tag. That is nuts.
For good news the pool pump that was pouring water has fixed itself and no more leaking! I put the one I bought in the basement so I will have it for when the old one dies or it starts leaking again.
we didnt fight over money. We fought because of tension and stress.
Her mom was in the hospital and shes been taking care of her in shifts with her dad and hasnt been able to see me
I got ****ed on escrow, and it was shot 5k. No one caught the error in 2 years. Tax exemptions and estimations. No one caught a 100k difference between comps or thought to think about what the future would hold. So I became 5k in the hole on escrow in a month. Plus the new even out payment brings it up 200. So my whole mortgage shot up almost double. I cant do that. Plus 2 projects and I was planning on a ring this year for her.
Cant happen if I stay with this mortgage company, and insurance company. and change some things in my life.
What kind of man cant afford a home for his future family and fur family. So i had to do what I had to do, and me being me didnt communicate the breaking pressure I had.
Needless to say, I am refinancing tomorrow, and changing insurance. and a bunch of other ****. And im expected a raise as well.
We got into it though, because she came over in a bad mood and I had just had all that bad news and my depression had started to creep back. so it just became what it became. but we hashed it out and got some things on an understanding.
I am tired of the rain also. Need to get outside and do some stuff. Debra and I are both exhausted . We have been doing a heavy gym workout plus trying to get something done on the house seems like we have been running for a month. They cancelled her dress order because of the virus. We found a place in Phillps Plaza that was doing a close out found another dress for same price as the one that was cancelled. She loves it but not happy with all the alterations we are going to have to make.
I know the feeling of running around with your hair on fire. Hopefully it will slow down for you soon.
Waiting on the next round of parts to show up for the caddy. New motor mount and steering cv boots are on the way. The new drivers door crash sensor arrived yesterday and will I install that tomorrow. We have a corporate maintenance meeting so I won't be at the store today. Probably going to drop the transmission next weekend and replace the rear main seal.
Yay it's friday!!
I have the new headlight bulbs and new door crash sensor I am going to try and install today. Plans are to do the rear main seal, motor mount and steering boots next weekend. That should finally finish up the major repairs. I do have a small coolant leak somewhere but can't seem to find it. I let it sit in the shop all day last week and no drips on the floor. ???
I installed the new crash sensor in the drivers door yesterday and it didn't fix the fault. So now it's either the wiring or a control module issue.
Installed a new HID bulb and that didn't fix the headlight either. A new ballast is on order and will arrive tomorrow.
The steering shaft CV boots came in yesterday and I have a new drivers side motor mount. I am going to try and do both of those during lunch one day next week.
Going to drop the transmission next weekend at work and replace the rear main seal.
I got most of the dakota wet sanded and prepped. Hopefully tomorrow she will be fully covered in a beautiful sheen of satin black.
Canceling my old insurance today. New insurance is bound to mortgage and auto has already kicked at over half off my old stuff. If I ever get ahold of someone there.
My battery charger died yesterday. Was plugging it up to stuff we don't use a lot during the winter months to keep the batteries topped off and it died. I have never had real good luck with the schumacher chargers, they seem to last for a year or two and then stop working. I probibly should get a trickle charger for the golf cart.
