Bluetooth dropped cell phone
I have been having my Samsung Cell phone dropped while making calls and failing to connect to the 2017 Ford F150 quite frequently. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you get it resolved and how? Thanks

I have a 2018 F250 Lariat and a Samsung S7. I don;t talk often and have not experienced dropped calls. But I have experienced connect/disconnect cycles I get an error message on the Ford screen that it cannot maintain consistent connection to the phone....or something similar.

My wife uses a Samsung cell and experiences what you described, very infrequently. She has a 2019 Platinum Explorer.
Since reconnection happens instantly, I attributed it to the cell signal being lost from the carrier, Verizon.

I’m not saying this is the issue but have you had the APIM checked?
