I have a 2018 f250 King ranch similar situation but I cannot see my oil life monitor anywhere after the Ford pass deletion due to the 3G network I can't pull it up on fordpass nor does it come on the display any ideas

IMO its not worth the effort. What you will install from Ford will be once again outdated shortly via the 5G transition.
You can get great equipment to do what you want from the RV/Marine space and not be Ford specific.
