Just picked up a 78 Ford F-250 Super Cab, 351m 2 WD....the owner put 4.10 in the rear and it’s working far to hard at even 60mph let alone 70...I just ordered a AutoFab 5 inch lifting kit and I am doing larger diameter wheels....I’m looking to make this a driver, concrete queen...any of you guys running 3.73?
My 79sc is 4wd. Running 36 tires. Just about right for that diameter. Maybe wait till you get your bigger tires on and see how it is then. My 2wd sc has somewhere around 373 or so but it’s running a 265x70-16.
a 410 in your truck is awesome for pulling a trailer but you’re right, absolutely horrid for highway
yah I’m going to be running 35’s, been suggested to me that I wait to get the bigger rims and tires then make my mind up...I don’t tow anything of real weight except for a dirt bike or two. Thing is horrible on hwy and the gas is even worse 😂😂😂😂

All except the rear transitions, and the rear verticals, I have them reserved for another gentleman. I may have those pieces in the stash somewhere but I have not ran across them yet. This is for a regular cab long box With toolbox. From what I’ve read so far the driver side lower box piece will be the most expensive to ship
well if they don’t come through I have a long bed super cab...I thought the pic showed a super cab. The rear transitions which piece is that...and the rear verticals is that where they turn up to meet the dent side piece?

race track trim is a bitch to find...Found the XLT version dent side trim new..mine has the Ranger non XLT version. I’m going to wait till I get the wheels on and see if that doesn’t balance her out...thinking of cross country trip but would cost me $4,000,000 in gas
