You won't need an alignment but you will need to straighten your steering wheel. Not sure if you will need to reinstall the OEM track bar bracket. If you don't, it will make the installation much easier.
Yes you should get an alignment, but you can get it close, especially if you know your caster before the lift and you install the appropriate caster bushings. Additionally, you can adjust the track bar to ensure that the front axle is centered under the vehicle. I did this by measuring from the frame to the same point on each front tire. This should get you fairly close, then you can adjust the steering linkage to center the wheel. And I would use the stock track bar mount.

Maybe I misread, but I'm under the impression that the OP had the leveling kit and caster bushings installed and had the truck aligned. All the track bar does is center the front axle under the truck. It won't change his toe or caster.
Correct alignment is done with caster shims
all I am installing is the adjustable track bar
should I put factory track bar backet back in
Yeah, I would put the factory bracket back on and install the adjustable track bar. You can get the axle aligned by measuring but getting an alignment shop will be able to get you more precise. When I did mine, They needed to adjust the track bar about one turn of the adj threads which I think might only move the bar 1/8th of an inch.
Sorry I re-read your post and noticed that you had it aligned and caster dialed in, so I gave you some add'l info in my previous that didn't apply.
