all 3 of them stayed on....I thought they were on the 10 min accessory timer but I checked my usb adapter after an hour and it was still lit up.

Interesting; I too thought they were on a timer.
Might be worth doing an overnight experiment.
It’s also possible that the previous owner disabled the time-out using FORscan (see spreadsheet line 63).
