Need some help working on my 87 ford f150 xlt lariat 5.0l

I need to know since I change all the fuel lines over to a 1992 on to my 87 ford f150 5.0l I've done away with the 87 fuel pump assembly setup thats including the external fuel pump setup I have 2 new pumps for a 92 that's going to go inside of the tanks now will everything work like it should on my 87 with the 92 fuel lines setup

It should AFAIK. I converted my '90 F150 the other way (from ITR to dual-pump setup) in the late '90s to accomodate a larger fuel tank and it worked fine.

Really? I've watched for years for somebody who converted an early 3 pump system to later 2 pump using stock parts as OP is apparently asking about.

Makes me want to get an early efi truck just to do it if I had the cash.
