Looking for some input on chewed up threads...

So I replaced the heater hose on my 94, 5.8 and when I took the old one out it brought some threads with it... the new one is back in but leaking and was a bear to line up and get started... I’ve got to take it out and wrap the threads I guess and pray? Lol. Helllpppppp

It might need to be heli coiled. Wrapping the threads will last about as long as it takes to wrap them.
