Boost gauge
Put in a boost gauge into my 6.0 by taping the map sensor . Now the turbo is extremely loud . Before I put it in you could hear the turbo good until about 2100 rpms. Now you can here it all the way until 3000 rpms

Go over the hose and connections, you have a leak -- or had a leak, and fixed it with new hose
Adding a gauge should have no affect on the MAP sensor
Did you clean out the nipple on the manifold? -- they get plugged
