Repeated Chime
I am a newby to this forum and would greatly appreciate some help. I have a 1999 F250 4x2 w/7.3L diesel. Recently I have started hearing a series of chimes when I start and run the truck. 5 chimes in a row then a short pause followed by 5 more chimes. It does this 4 times. I have no trouble lights on my dashboard lit up. This happens every time I start and move the truck whether or not I am wearing my seat belt. I thought it might be my fuel/water separator but the dashboard light is not lit up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
