Hi guys, have some questions for those who have done coilovers on the swaps? Looks like the standard options are:
Team321- Non rebuildable cheap looking shock for $600.00
Naake suspension QA1's- $700.00 (used Naake for years on race cars, the guy is a suspension GOD)
RideTech QA1's- $800.00
My question is; has anyone found like a QA1 or something like that and paired it with a spring to make their own "less expensive" solution? I was considering this as $600-$900 just seems out of line for front shocks. I did buy QA1 coilovers for the rear 4 link for $500, which I can live with...
For what it's worth, it looks like I can purchase the semi-correct length QA1 adjustable shock and similar spring to a Mustang II front and make a coilover setup like what Naake offers. I know his valving is superior but the extra $200....?
