On my 2015 F150, if I pressed the phone button twice on the steering wheel controls it would redial my last number. My 2019 F250 doesn't do that. Does anyone know why they changed this?

 

I worked in Medical Electronics for 30 years and have since retired but because it involves a Hi-Tech System, be it Hardware or Software (In this case, Sync Software) "If it works, change it!!!!" is the most common term design engineers use when designing a new system!
