I take it you are talking about phone calls? Are you indicating you that should you receive a phone call, you can not reply to the caller via the truck microphone?
Or that you can not use voice commands to navigate the menus on the radio such as NAV locations?

Yes Phone calls, receive and make calls but the other person cannot hear me.

Have you tried doing voice commands to enter a NAV trip location or to change you media source or etc? You might need to do one or some of these to determine if the problem is phone relate or maybe a bad microphone above the driver seat or a wiring issue.
