With all that camouflage it looks a lot like the baby, but with the bigger images you can tell there is something decently sized and proportioned under it.

Definitely a staged Ford photoshoot.

This is definitely no rebadged Ford Everest... Ford is definitely taking the retro thing seriously with this Bronco.

They can still compete with the Wrangler for casual / mall crawler sales. That's the majority of them anyway, and Ford is about volume.

Some video and photos from the wild. I’m sure we will finally start seeing more and more of this thing.

To me it looks like the vehicle doesn't have much for body panels installed on it. If you look where the rocker panels would be along the bottom of the doors, it's just metal. I'm not disappointed that its IFS at all. Driving the new JL and Gladiators at work, they handle like crap. A simple cross wind at 55+ mph, you really have to steer into the wind to keep it in the lane. It should handle a lot better than solid axle vehicles. Coil rear suspension should be nice vs leaf springs.

I'm hoping that the back up camera will not be in the spare tire, because that makes it harder to remove the spare from the mount.

very clearly has a body on frame and solid rear axle. Is certainly the Ranger based Bronco.

What? Living on the prairie I can assure you that has nothing to do with IFS vs SFA, its primarily because they're shaped like bricks and get pushed around in the wind. No matter what kind of pixie dust the front suspension of the Bronco is built out of it is going to get pushed around just like that because of its shape.

That's part of the trade off for not driving a vehicle that looks indistinguishable from hundreds of other sleek jellybean crossover models.

With a hundred cubic feet of foam cladding hiding all the body lines they look alot alike, but this is definitely the body on frame Bronco and not its crossover little sister.
