Door hinge pins
Has anyone replaced the door hinge pins and bushings? I'm hoping to find a "no-drill" pin and bushing kit. It's not clear to me if the Dorman 703270 requires drilling of the hinge for the bushing to fit. Has anybody used this kit or is there another one that doesn't require drilling the hinge? It appears that the Help! 38438 doesn't require drilling but I have the Dorman 703270 from my TBird that I'm hoping to repurpose for my 1999 Mountaineer and/or 1998 Explorer. I don't mind buying another kit if I have to. Thanks in advance.
