I need to replace my serpentine belt tensioner and idler pulley and have not been able to find torque specs online for the 6.2 online. It looks like three bolts for the tensioner, one for the idler pulley, and a large nut on the fan clutch that holds the fan on. Does anyone have these specs and willing to share? Thanks in advance.
This is from the 6.7 engine but suspect the torque is the same.
Remove the bolt and the affected accessory drive belt idler pulley.
To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).

Thank you for taking the time to reply and share that information. I found a YouTube video for the 5.4L that says 18 ft lbs. The powerstroke could be a beefier setup with larger bolts allowing the 35ft lbs. I’d like to verify before I strip something out. Hopefully someone has a manual for the 6.2.
