Running Unusally Hot - Problem Fixed
Sorry for the new post to update an old post, but I made an oops. 
Well all, the problem was indeed the T-Stat. Now with a new 195* t-stat, the temp after 40 minutes of driving in 70* it bearly moves past the frame start that the word NORMAL resides in. I am very greatfull for everyone's help in this matter. BTW, the t-stat that was in it, on top of looking like dirt, was a 181*
