+2. A Springfield XDm in 9mm with a Crossbreed IWB holster is so comfortable that I forget I have it on. 13 rnds of 9mm.
otherwise an LCR in a pocket holster fits anywhere
I am looking at three models currently in 9mm.
1) Mossberg MC1sc IMHO, it appears you get a lotta gun for a cheap price. My buddy had one in his shop and I had time to play with it a little. The trigger feels great. Feels good in the hand. Now, I don't have confirmation on this, but my buddy told me that the Glock 43 mags will work in this handgun. I believe the factory mags that come with this gun are made by Elite Tactical Systems (ETS) and I have a fair amount of them for my Glock 43. I like the flat faced trigger on this gun. This has the smallest capacity with a 6 round flush mag and the 7 round extended mag.
2) Springfield Armory HellCat Once I read about the Hellcat in NRA's Shooting Illustrated magazine, I was intrigued. I like the OSP model which is optics ready. I have never fired or had a handgun with a reflex sight on it. I have hunted and taken deer with a cheap reflex sight mounted on my HK Benelli M1 Super 90. It's the cat's @$$ to have both eyes open when shooting. I also like the 11 round flush mag and 13 round extended mag. I also like the simplicity of their factory night sights.
3) Sig Sauer P365 SAS This gun, the P365, was not on my list not that long ago. When the P365 first came out in 2018, IMHO, I did NOT AT ALL like the way the trigger felt. Plus they also had problems when it first came out. But this SAS version has a good feeling trigger. The sights are awesome but would take me some practice to get used as they are different from your traditional 3 dot sight set up. The flush mag only holds 10 rounds and it comes with a second 10 round mag. They sell an extended mag that hols 12 rounds. It also has a ported slide and barrel to reduce recoil.
I have a Glock 42 380 cal that I carry in my cargo shorts pocket in the summer time with a Desantis pocket holster. It also fits my 9mm 43 for discreet carry.
A sharp dressed man... I rarely wear suits anymore. I actually can't stand to be dressed up anymore.
With the micro guns they have now in 9mm, you wouldn't really know one was there. Plus they are small enough for the pocket.
I normally carry a S&W Shield 9mm or Kimber Micro 9mm. I used to carry a G27 all the time.
Still have my original gen1 G22 40 cal in my duty holster. We are getting ready to transition to the Sig P320 9mm department wide.
I like cops. I was at a restaurant and some policemen came in and we were going to get there check but someone beat me to it.
Thank you guys for carrying your weapons off duty. Good guys with guns will stop bad guys with guns every time.
If you see me fly buy please just wave OK. LOL

I have a Glock 27 also but don't really carry it anymore. It stays up in my closet for any uninvited night guests. I've been carrying a Gen 3 23 (Glock 40 cal mid size 13 round mag for FYI) I got for $250 at my buddy's gun shop. Once summer rolls around, I usually just carry my Glock 43 and sometimes my 42. We've had Gen 5 22s now in our holsters for about 5 years I'd have to guess. Those replaced Gen 2 22s we carried for 18 yrs or so. Before that, I got on and we qualified with Glock 17s.
9mms have come a long way since the old days. They are a very effective round because of the advancement in bullet technology. Too many guys think bigger rounds are necessary. I was one of them. I'd like to buy some 9mm guns now. It's about shot placement, not bullet size.
Stay safe out partner.

Appreciate that Bone. I know there are many people who support law enforcement but there's also ones who don't. About speeding, just make sure to identify yourself as the Bone from FTE.
Had to insert a little firefighter humor in this thread. In all honesty I appreciate you guys and sure couldn't deal with what you have to on a daily basis. Stay safe out there brothers.
