Checking in on Number Dummy?

Checking in on Number Dummy?
I have not seen Number Dummy post for quite a while. Nor logged in. He is normally very active. I found a number on Google and called that, no answer. I left a message reaching out and asking if he was ok. Anybody know him personally enough to reach out and check on him? I made a "Gratitiude for Number Dummy" post to see if anyone might say something about his status. I think we owe him our attention and support for everything he has provided on this forum.

I sent him a PM a couple of weeks ago when I noticed a vacuum in The Force, but have not received a reply. Not that he's required to check in when he's off on another adventure of course, but his absence is definitely felt.
I hope he's on vacation and simply incommunicado on a beach somewhere with a dead cell-phone battery left back at the hotel and no computer.
Thought Lars might have his phone number from his trip here from Germany and could check.

Number Dummy
I spoke with Bill AKA Number Dummy last night. He's doing well and is enjoying his life. He does have a life outside of these forums.
Thanks to all concerned.
As with all of us, we need a break every once in awhile, myself included.
So rest assured, he's doing well.

Robert, Thank you for the update. We are all carefully working on our trucks together, and this same care extends out towards those we interact with here on the forum. NumberDummy, MrPotatoHead, etc... Those that are more active and have the key to information the rest of us seek, help so many of us. It's nice to leat them know they are appreciated, even if it takes awhile to understand the information they are generously offering.

Yes, I have Bill's number, but since we now know that he is fine, I will not call him for the time being, if he deliberately distances himself from the forum, then he will have his reasons. But hope that he will come back soon, he is very missing here in the forum .... Irreplaceable knowledge and information ... a great man ...
