As you may be able to tell, Our First Explorer. You all helped me get the hubs fixed with manual locking.. Now another question hope it is the last for a while,
We have not drove our 94 Explorer very much, We bought it for my spouse's mail delivery rural route,
So we have been driving it now and then because of the MPG!
Well today we drove it to a shopping center and when we returned there was water on the passenger side on the ground, i know when the defrost is on the AC pump will run, It was not Antifreeze Color more like plain water but not warm,, I did pull it on ramps and let it idle and seen nothing, And the radiator still had pressure, But this seemed like a lot of water for the AC to condence,,,,The water looked as if it may have came from under the condensor? I am draing the coolant it is weak,,, So if it comes out now with collant color there is a problem for sure,,,, We did have a Blazer a couple of years back, Was not impressed with it at all, So We hope the 94 Explorer will make us :-)
I had a similar issue with the 92 X. It turned out to be condensation from the AC. If it's cold enough the condensation will freeze and just create more and more layers of ice - then when you turn the truck off it all melts (like when you go into a grocery store). Unless it's got a color and/or smell, don't worry about it.
