I Did Something Stupid!

Howdy Fellas,
While backing my cool 65 pickup into the garage, I scratched my trucks right rear quarter panel on a bicycle handlebar!
I can’t believe I scratched my truck.
Now I can never tell my Wife ‘be careful NOT to scratch my truck’!

Got any extra paint? Maybe they can burn it in and repair?

This is the reason I will never restore anything to better than new again. I now subscribe to the function over form idea. Guess I'm more of a Welder-up guy and Graveyard Cars drives my crazy. Both shows and others produce fantastic results. Life is short and unpredictable, so to think something that you love, want or need is out of commission that long is hard to grasp at my age. I am in no way thinking those who take that journey are wasting their time or money. The trucks we talk about here and the help we ask for and receive is invaluable.
Thank you to all that keep this site supported and up and running.
Happy New Year!
Best wishes to all!
Darrell

That is a bummer but much better than a dent. Hopefully you can touch it up and won't be to noticeable.
