OPS filter system question

Question OPS filter system question

Anybody know how easy/hard it is to plumb the system into the 6.7?

Here is a video on youtube showing how a similar system was installed on a 6.7 Ford PSD.



After watching the video, it left me thinking that these bypass oil filter kits introduce several failure points with flexible oil lines that didn't exist from the factory. Although these bypass filter setups probably do some good, I would be afraid of losing one of those flex oil lines, from road debris or single point failure, and possibly losing the motor, if one doesn't catch it in time. Plenty of hi mileage 6.7's with just factory oiling systems working fine.
