Here is a Tremor from another video. Screenshot

Think I will be looking into this unless I am not understanding something.

Very Interesting find. Looks like the day star/ coil spring isolator approach fo a front end lift.

Except 1/2 inch on the ford set up.

So I bet they are running the gasser, I believe 4,400, coils on the 6.7 now and a 1/2 inch spacer. 800lbs per inch springs would explain the half inch drop. They can rate them to 5200 all day if they want.

No larger pad on the gasser maybe or another lighter spring.

Tremor would use the 2019 coils and the larger upper pad.

This is all speculation at this point and just going off what I am seeing.

I would like that Ford upper pad if it is what I think. With my 2019 6.7 with HD coils plus that it would get me a 1 inch lift over stock 5200 coils and i can do a 1 degree caster shim. Perfect set up for me and looks stock.

2020:

2019:
Im 99% that they are oriented 180* opposite and thats whats making them look different. There is a thick side and a thin side because the top of the spring is not flat.

2020 f350 tremor diesel lariet

spring code on door 77 NN

tag is LAT. part #lc3c-5310-ata.

rear spring part number lc3c-5a975-na

does anyone know why they downgrade the rear gross axle weight on the tremor from 6830 from 7200?..

my buddy has a 2019 limited F350 with the same rear spring code.... but his axle weight is rated for 7200... and everything I could find online says it should be 7200 / the brakes axle tubes Springs Etc... and actually the Tremor tires are rated higher capacity than his 20in limited rims and tires are

Last edited by dt75flh; May 2, 2020 at 05:54 PM. Reason: added rear spring info

Took a drive over the weekend to the local Ford dealer, for starters they didn't have allot of Super Duty's, they had 3 2020's, all F250's, Gas engines, 2 Reg Cab and 1 Super Cab, all with the Snow Plow Prep package.

The large letters on the spring tag were "LAL". In taking a brief look around, from what I could tell, everything looked pretty much the same as a 2019, same top spring pad and bottom spring perch. Short block on the rear axle. Took a couple pics.....

F250 Gas Snow Plow Prep

F250 Gas Snow Plow Prep, Passenger side, same Spring rubber perch as on my 2019 F350 (they just didn't line up the spring all the way on the pad).

F250 Gas Rear axle, spring and short block
