Hello, thanks for reading.
I have bought a camper and i found I do not have 12v constant running to my 7 way plug. I have checked the fuse and it's good. I have taken the fuse box apart thinking the wire came loose from the fuse but it is still connected. I tested for continuity from the power into the box to the wire coming from fuse, there is continuity and I'm getting power coming from the fuse. There are 4 plugs or harnesses attached to the wheel well under the fuse box. I am attempting to check continuity from fuse box to the plug but am not getting it. I'm wondering if I have the correct harness, I'm checking the harness closest to the firewall.
the plug end I'm testing is coming from the fuse box. I am willing to bypass the harness but need to make sure I have the right wire. Does anyone know which harness and wire I should be testing?

everything but the reverse lights for 7 way is woking, which is not needed anyway.
thanks in advance
Do you have the ignition ON? The 12v wire and the reverse lights only work with the ignition turned to RUN. Hate to point out the obvious, but this bit me once.

the 12v is receiving power without the key on at the fuse box but once it leaves the box somewhere it's got a break or possible corrosion in the plug. But yes the 7 way was tested with key on. My main reason for needing the 12v is for breakaway battery charging.
More correctly, the factory 7 pin only has power if the engine is running.
using a 12v test light, testing the wire coming from distribution box to harness, the wire is hot with key off. It appears to go directly to the 7way.
m trying to get confirmation of the wire or harness to test, but will retest 12v at 7way once I put it all back together.
last resort I'll run a new wire from bottom of distribution box to 7way.
