Not sure, I haven't seen any actual, real life numbers being posted by anyone who has taken delivery of F450. It would be cool if to start seeing what these new 20s are actually measuring in at, aside from the F250 comparison video out there.
I need to take a measurement, but I traded in my 350 dually with upgraded 33 inch tires and the 450 bed height with factory tires is slightly higher. It certainly was not lowered. It sits at least an inch taller than my 2017 350 with the 33inch tires.

The Ford body builder doc seemed to indicate that the 2020 was taller, but I didn't believe it. Maybe it was right.
Here are some measurements of my stock 2020 F450 I took this morning.
Bedrail height. 56 1/8th in.
Highest point of the bedrail above the rear tailgate camera.
59 5/8 in.
Lowered tailgate to ground height. About 37 3/4 inch.
Hitch height to ground. About 19.5 inches at bottom of hitch.
This had me curious to see how my 19 F250 cc sb compares, im not sure how much the tailgate changed, so it could be pointless, but both measurements were within 3/8" of yours. My 250 showing 3/8" higher at both points, tailgate open and closed to ground. That's with 20's aired to 58 psi. I also measured hitch to ground but mine is 2.5" and shows 20.25" to ground. Another member said his 2020 F350 SRW CC SB is 19.25", hitch to ground, 3" reciever.
