Merry Christmas all.
im having to remove my headlights in order to replace a bulb on my 2015 F-250. The 10mm bolt on the bottom of the assembly is a problem. I can see it, but can’t get a socket to it. The bumper is too high. Is it possible I’ll have to remove or lower the bumper to get to the bottom bolt? It’s the same way on both sides.

On my 7.3L the frame mounts are slotted to allow you to adjust the height of the bumper. You may be able to loosen the bumper bolts and the bumper will simply drop a bit.
Sounds like your bumper has been either removed/replaced at some point and it was adjusted to a level appearance and not level and allowing access to the headlight lower bolt. If you simply loosen the bumper bolts/tow hook, it will drop down almost 2 inches. You can then reset the height/level and still allow easy access to the lower headlight mounting bolt. Having 2 people to hold and adjust makes it much easier but can be done by yourself.
