Don't quote me on this, but I'm thinking it is 1/4 NPT. I am currently trying to add an oil pressure gauge to my 6.2L. I bought a Y fitting so I can use the stock switch and the aftermarket gauge sending unit. The fitting is 1/4NPT, but I have not had time to get under the truck and physically try it.
