For some reason the 08-10 cats for the v8 and v10 seem to fail often due to age vs mileage. I have replaced mine along with new 02 sensors both upstream & downstream 4 in total. You can get a pressure gauge to measure exhaust back pressure to see if your cats have failed.

For the price of these things i was thinking of finding cats at a wrecker. Do you know if other model cats will work 5.4l or others?
I am in the middle of this right now on my 2005 V10. I'm not an expert on this, but this is what I'm seeing.
For some reason your bank 2 sensor 1 (upstream) is more flat then the downstream bank 2 sensor 2. From what I know that is sort of backwards. By any chance are the labels wrong?
On bank 1, O2 B1 S1 and O2 b1 S2 have the switching frequency and the amplitude very close to laying on top of each other. From the little I know, from the Ford service manual when that occurs the cat is losing it's efficiency. Normally O2 B1 S2 is more flat as the oxygen is higher on the downstream side of the cat when it is working right.
I'm not versed in this yet enough to tell you for sure the cat is bad, but it sure points to it. What is your long term fuel trim looking like on bank 1 and bank 2? Need to look at them to see what the engine is doing now before replacing the cat.
Hope this helps. My post will be up soon asking similar questions.
