As O2 sensor is all I can think of, or connection to the O2 sensor.

I've seen engines where bank 1 can be lean while bank 2 is rich. This can be caused by (but not limited to) misfires, bad o2 sensors, or plugged cat(s). I'd start by reading all of your o2 levels as they're the cheapest/easiest to fix and go from there.

My 02 sensors are in the ypipe right behind the manifold connections and I have none after the cat. Also my cat is only a few years old...thats an entirely different story

Contradictory O2 sensor codes are almost always an erratic O2 sensor.

Poked around this morning and all I can see loose or broken is the drivers side oxygen sensor looks like the wires were kinked and they are frayed

Called around and funny enough my local ford dealer was the cheapest for the O2 sensors. So I had to pay over the phone and they are suppose to be here by 11am, I'll install them and clear the codes and see what happens

oh and don't worry about the cat. It doesn't monitor the effectiveness of it since there is no sensor behind it. Don't drive around too long w a bad sensor, it could ruin the cat if it's bad enough.

When I poked around this morning and found the wires frayed I made sure I separated them and that none of the frayed metal was touching anything so far the truck has not stumbled at a stop sign or red light like it was yesterday I'm on my way to get the new sensors now

Sounds like you've pretty much got it figured out then. You might be able to just mummify each wire, then the bundle with electrical tape and call it good.
Cats generally don't fail unless something upstream causes them to fail, but once in a blue moon you can get a bad one. Doesn't sound like the case in this instance though.

I picked up the new O2 sensors late yesterday, I just went to put them in now (PB Blaster really worked on the old O2 sensors they came right out) screwed in the new ones and when I went to plug them in they were the wrong ends! Called the dealer and they gave me a set for a V10 and of course they only had one in stock for my truck so I brought them back picked the one up and put that in the driver side in the parking lot of the dealer. I cleared the codes and drove home and so far everything is good dealer ordered me one O2 sensor for tomorrow morning so I can change the passenger side just because

Kcducttaper one of the white wires was completely snapped in half, I can't even see the copper wire. It's like the road salt this winter ate it up?
