How do you remove the front license plate holder on a 2019 ?

If it is like my 2001, I think you have to drill out the two black plastic rivets??

I dont have them tabs.. Actually, my holder looks alot different than whats in the video.. Ill crawl under there again and see what I can see.

Mine was a PITA, I pried the holder out and cut the plastic fasteners with diagonal pliers.
