Clear fluid leaking from TC
Hey y’all,
I found an unsightly puddle under my 96 F-250 after work today in the garage. It’s coming off of my tc and is a clear, oily, fluid that doesn’t smell burnt. Has a hint of diesel smell but can’t determine that is what it is.
I also should mention that I have an HPOP leak somewhere. Two weeks ago had a crank no start, found HPOP res bone dry. Filled it with a qt of 15w and took off. This past Tuesday woke up to another dry res. I don’t understand the reasoning for the leak. Checked the res Monday evening (night before I found it empty) and the level was perfect. Dipstick is showing full whereas before these leaks it was in the middle, telling me the leak could be internal? Sorry for the lack of knowledge and will post pics tomorrow when I can.
