Try deleting and reinstalling the app on your phone or signing out of the app and sign back on.
This might clear up your issue.

Signed out and back in with no change. Will try deleting the app and reinstall. Which,by the way, is the sign of a poorly designed app.

Just deleted and reinstalled the app and it still doesn't show lock and unlock. Now the website and the app suck equally. I had hoped the app.would redeem Ford's clumsiness with technology.

You keep blaming the app even though several people have confirmed the app is working fine. Perhaps it's something on your device, the operating system you're running, etc.

I'm running an iPhone 8 with iOS 13.1.3. No issues. Works great. So far, I really like the FordPass app.

It’s awfully glitchy. I had quite a time getting it set up when I bought my truck. This week when the carpet recall dropped in the tailgate recall dropped off of mine. Who knows if that’s app related or not

Yeah if you an Apple Watch it will only show there I guess. I didn't even now the ford pass even was on my Apple Watch.

Well it is obvious you are running Apple equipment. I am running Android. So I am going to assume that, since I am running the latest Android, that the Android app update to 2.21.0 is no good (which just happened today). I'm glad yours is working fine.

I'm running android, no problems here. Works perfectly.
