84 bronco transmission general questions

I REALIZED AFTER I POSTED THIS, THAT IT IS IN THE WRONG PLACE SORRY

I recent came in possession of a transmission I believe it to be a SROD transmission from the information I searched online, I an mostly curious about rebuild info or anything really. A quick search didnt give me a whole lot of information, but any links or more insight would be nice if anyone has it.
The overarching idea I have found is that they are trash, and not worth anything, which is kind of helpful I guess.
I imagine it can handle stock power from a 351w, and the particular one I have I would like to us.
I have a BW1356 to bolt to it which brings me to the next question. What kind of gear oil should I use? Assuming I open it up and everything is in relatively good shape, would there be any foreseeable problem with this particular combo?
And really any links to replacement parts and tips on care and usage would be very greatly appreciated.
One source I read stated that you can use heavier oil in the BW1356 like 70-90w which is what I believe the transmission uses. I dont know if the fluid transfers between the two or not, but I have gone on long enough.
I might have some follow up questions later. Thank you
Dustin
