Rocker arms worth it

89 f250 7.5l efi, considering how poorly the heads flow on these engines, is it even worth it to up the rocker ratios to cheat a little lift and duration out of my valve train? It's pointless if the lift and duration gain exceeds the efficiency of the heads just don't know if that's going to be the case or not. Anyone have any experience on the topic?

honestly in a stock or nearly stock engines messing with rocker ratios is a waste of money.

Your money will be better spent trying to get it performing better, make sure everything is spot on. like everything, fuel pressure, timing, spark plugs, exhaust restrictions, and get the exhaust flowing, the intake working, and the ignition system tuned in, cap rotor, plugs wires o2 sensor, If you suspect engine issues.... rebuild it.
