VGT IdI turbo setup

I’m defiantly gonna look more under the hood at room before I decide on a location, I just really don’t want to clutter the engine and have to remove a bunch of piping and stuff just to access certain things. The VGT seems awesome but man are they expensive!
What did you do for fuel??

What did you do for fuel??
That's also why I decided to put it in the fender so it's easily accessible and out of the way of everything else. The 6.0 vgt's are cheap used. 7.3 turbo pump that's maxed

VGT turbo $65.00 at Pull a part... 10 dollar core charge and couple bux for Environment fee and local taxes same price as any other Turbo they have.

Ya know what I think there was a couple 6.0s at the pull a part last time I was there!

pretty simple to use a VVV to control one... I would go a bit more exotic and toss in a DRV101 IC




How DOC is controlling his is most likely different as there are many ways to do it.

I'm planning on doing the same thing! Awesome write up and lots of good ideas. Love when you can make power without emptying pockets entirely. I too am interested in the controller you used.

Just watched the video, sounds awesome. Careful with the cheap air filers though. I've seen several collapse and send pieces into the turbo
