I have a 2019 cc
f250xlt and want to swap out the jump seat for a console. I can get a console out of a 2019 for a pretty good deal. Does anyone know if that will fit into the same space and bolt in? Also it has a dial console shifter with a different panel than the 250 is there a way to swap it out to a tray or cup holder?

Yup, done this a couple times. Sounds like you have an F150 console. It'll bolt right in, you just need the F250 cubby to replace the one that's in there. You can buy it directly from Ford for cheap. You'll also need to replace the 3 dash pieces that surround the stereo center stack as you need some different piecces to fit the console up to it. There's a bunch of threads here on exactly this with part numbers, give it the ol searcheroo.

does the console need to be from a 2019 f150/f250? Or would other years work too?

No, I'm pretty sure any console from the new generation trucks will work just fine. My neighbor bought a 2015 F150 console and put it in his 2018 F250. At least thats what they eBay listing said.
