Thanks Conanski! I will be pulling the dog house off soon to do some work and that is a sensor I have never changed on this 32 year old van. I don't think the ATC is causing my issues though.
i am going to start a new thread to get some suggestions though.. The van is a 88 but was built in 87. Though it is old, it only has 137K on it so if the sensor doesn't have a moving mechanical or rubber parts then it is probably still in good shape.
