Fuel issues
A while back I posted about engine shutting down while driving. Well that problem seems to go away however it has reared its ugly head. 2003 Ford F-250 4x4 v8 gas with extra doors. I could be sitting there idling for a few minutes and all of a sudden it will start idling rough then kill. I will try to restart and it will turn over like normal but no kind of ignition. I will keep trying with the same results. If I let it sit for a couple minutes then turn the key on momentarily then try it will start right up with no miss or nothing. One other thing it will do it while I am driving too with the same results. That is at less the half a tank. I will fill it up and it will stop. Like an old truck it has its issues. When I adding gas the hoses leak a little bit. On top of the tank and the hoses between the tank and the gas cap. I am fixing to pull down the tank and get the hoses corrected. Any other suggestions?
